Ordering custom soccer uniforms is easier when your club has a clear player list and a few design decisions ready. Here is the process RG Sports uses to help Australian clubs, schools and social teams turn an idea into a coordinated kit.
1. Start with your team, not a finished design
Tell us how many people need a kit, the age range, your preferred colours and whether you have a club crest or sponsor artwork. You can start from a design in our custom soccer uniforms collection or describe a different look. The minimum order is 10 sets; the available pieces and price depend on the kit you choose.
2. Collect sizes for the whole squad
Mixed sizes can be included in one order. Ask each player to check the relevant size chart, then make a simple list with a size and quantity for each person. If you are also adding names and numbers, keep those alongside the size list so the final artwork can be checked against the roster. You do not need every name ready before your first enquiry.
3. Send your logo and design details
A clear version of your crest helps us prepare the mock-up. Share any sponsor marks, your preferred colours and examples of a style you like. 4. Review the free design mock-up
We prepare a digital mock-up before production. Check the spelling of your club name, placement of your crest and sponsors, colours, and every player name and number. Have one person from the team collect corrections and approve the final artwork. That single review step helps prevent conflicting instructions.
5. Confirm price, timing and delivery
Before confirming the order, check the set contents, final quantity, total price, payment route and delivery address. Custom production normally takes 2–3 weeks after final artwork approval. Ask us to confirm the timing for your specific order, especially if you have a first match or event date.
