These Terms of Service apply to the RG Sports website, products and related services. In these Terms, “RG Sports”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store.
By accessing or using this website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.
Orders and custom products
RG Sports supplies custom teamwear, uniforms, polo shirts and related products.
Most products are made to order and may be customised with customer-approved colours, artwork, logos, names, numbers, sizing and other specifications. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details, spelling, player numbers, sizes and artwork before final artwork approval.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from RG Sports. We may accept, decline, cancel or request further information about an order where reasonably necessary, including where product, pricing, artwork, payment or availability information is incomplete or incorrect.
Artwork approval and changes
We will prepare or review artwork where applicable. Production normally begins only after final artwork approval.
Before final artwork approval, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds may not be available because the product is being made specifically for your order.
Prices and payment
All prices on this website are stated in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices, promotions and product availability may change before an order is accepted.
The applicable price is the price shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed in your order confirmation. You must provide accurate and current payment, billing, contact and delivery details. We may contact you if we need clarification before processing an order.
Shipping and delivery
Most custom products require 2–3 weeks of production after final artwork approval. After production is complete, delivery normally takes 5–6 working days, depending on order size and destination.
Standard delivery is free across Australia unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customer-supplied information, artwork approval timing or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations and faulty, damaged or incorrect products.
Nothing in these Terms or any RG Sports policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.
Product information
We aim to keep product information, images, descriptions and pricing accurate. Colours, fabric appearance and printed artwork may display differently across screens and devices. We may correct errors, update information or cancel an order where information about a product, price, promotion, shipping charge, delivery time or availability is inaccurate.
Intellectual property
The RG Sports name, logo, website content, product images, graphics, designs and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to RG Sports unless stated otherwise. You may use this website for personal and legitimate business purchasing purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or use our content, branding or product imagery for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Third-party services
This website is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through this store are made directly with RG Sports, not Shopify. We may also use third-party payment, shipping, analytics or communication providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge that Shopify and other service providers may process information as needed to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide related services.
Liability
