Returns & Refunds Policy
Most RG Sports uniforms and teamwear are made to order and customised according to customer-approved colours, artwork, logos, names, numbers, sizing and other specifications. Because customised products are produced specifically for each order, we do not normally accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or customer-supplied artwork/design errors once production has commenced.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it is received. If a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from the approved design, or you receive an incorrect item, contact RG Sports as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, details of the issue and supporting photographs.
RG Sports will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a customised order, contact RG Sports as soon as possible. Orders may be changed or cancelled before artwork approval and production begins, subject to the circumstances of the order. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, cancellation or change-of-mind refunds may not be available.
Incorrect sizing
Customers are responsible for confirming sizes using the size charts provided before approving an order. Because customised garments are produced specifically for each customer, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges solely because an incorrect size was selected.
Return approval
Do not return any item before contacting RG Sports and receiving return instructions. Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return location and applicable shipping arrangements.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
