Refund policy
Most RG Sports uniforms and teamwear are made to order and customised using customer-approved colours, artwork, logos, names, numbers, sizing and other specifications.
Change of mind and custom-made products
Because customised products are made specifically for each order, RG Sports does not normally offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or errors in customer-supplied artwork or design details after production has commenced.
Please review all artwork, spelling, numbers, sizes and design details carefully before giving final artwork approval.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact RG Sports as soon as possible.
Orders may be changed or cancelled before final artwork approval and before production begins, subject to the circumstances of the order. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds may not be available.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, materially different from the approved artwork, or incorrect, contact RG Sports as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear supporting photographs. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect sizing
Customers are responsible for checking the relevant size chart and confirming sizes before final artwork approval. Because garments are customised for each order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges solely because an incorrect size was selected.
Return approval
Do not return any item before contacting RG Sports and receiving return instructions. Where a return is approved, we will provide the return location and applicable shipping arrangements.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
